TESTIMONIAL: We were searching for a holistic retreat to help us move forward after a challenging six months. We explored resorts and centers across North America, but most involved group settings. Ultimately, we decided we wanted something more personal and tailored to us as a couple. Since we had rented a house in Taos for five days, we focused our search on finding someone who could design a private retreat at the house and listen to our specific needs.
We found Amy and were immediately drawn to her approach to healing through nutrition. After discussing our goals for a private retreat, she collaborated with Alana to create a two-day program at our rental house, focusing on healing and strengthening our relationship.
We just completed the retreat, and Amy and Alana exceeded our expectations. Both have extensive experience in the healing arts and guided us through Qigong, Reiki, yoga, breathwork, sound bathing, and journaling. They also took us on a nature walk to a nearby hot spring, which symbolized a rebirth for the next chapter of our lives. Additionally, they prepared nutritious and healing meals during our time together.
Our two days with Amy and Alana were deeply enriching and enlightening. They were well-organized, shared their incredible gifts with us, and were genuinely invested in making the experience exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat!
