1. Educational and Complementary Purpose

All content provided through this website—including free guides, blog posts, social media, coaching, private sessions, and group programs—is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace licensed medical care.

2. Scope of Practice Disclaimer

Amy Krynicki is trained in regenerative health, holistic nutrition, clinical iridology, muscle testing, energy healing (Reiki and sound), and detoxification practices. She is not a licensed medical provider, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe for any physical or mental health condition.

Amy operates under the New Mexico Unlicensed Health Care Practice Act, which protects the right of alternative and complementary wellness practitioners to offer services that support health and well-being, such as nutritional education, energy healing, and detoxification coaching.

All services are considered complementary and are to be used at the client’s discretion. Clients are encouraged to consult with their licensed healthcare providers for any medical or mental health concerns.

3. Client Responsibility & Informed Use

You acknowledge that any decision to implement recommendations from this website or through Amy’s offerings is your own responsibility. By engaging in any service, you agree that:

• You understand the nature of the services offered

• You will use your own judgment and consult your medical provider when necessary

• You do not expect a diagnosis, treatment, or medical cure

4. Required Client Disclosure (per NM Unlicensed Health Care Practice Act)

Before any session or service, you will receive—or have access to—a clear disclosure that includes:

• Amy Krynicki’s name, business address, and contact information

• A statement that she is not a licensed medical provider

• A description of her services as alternative, complementary, and educational

• An outline of fees, session expectations, confidentiality, and client rights

You will be asked to acknowledge receipt of this disclosure before beginning services. This acknowledgment may be collected in writing or verbally with a witness and is kept on record for a minimum of three years.

5. Booking, Payments, & Refund Policy

All sessions and programs must be paid in full at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made with 24 hours’ notice. Refunds are not issued for missed appointments or services already rendered.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials shared through Regenerative Vibration—including handouts, digital products, logos, and course content—are the intellectual property of Amy Krynicki and may not be reused, copied, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amy Krynicki and Regenerative Vibration shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or misunderstandings resulting from the use or misuse of content or services. Results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. By continuing to use the site or participate in services, you agree to the current version.
