Scope of Services

Services offered through Regenerative Vibration Holistic Practice are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.

Sessions may incorporate holistic wellness education, regenerative health support, Reiki, sound healing, nervous system support, emotional wellness practices, intuitive guidance, and related holistic approaches tailored to the individual.

Booking & Payment Policies

• Payment is required prior to appointments unless otherwise arranged.

• Sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Session pricing and offerings may change over time.

• Additional session time or extended support may be billed separately when applicable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session fee or package session.

Session Packages

• Packages are intended to be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise discussed in writing.

Communication Policy

• To support healthy boundaries and sustainable client care:

• Preferred communication methods are email or text message.

• Messages sent through social media platforms may not be received or responded to.

• Communication between sessions is intended for brief clarification questions unless enrolled in an active coaching package.

• Questions requiring extensive protocol adjustments, emotional support, or detailed follow-up may require scheduling an additional session.

• Business hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM Mountain Time. Messages received evenings, weekends, or holidays will be returned during the next business day whenever possible.

Healing & Detox Support

Healing is an individual process and is not always linear.

Detoxification, dietary changes, emotional release work, nervous system regulation, and wellness protocols may occasionally bring temporary discomfort, emotional processing, fatigue, or symptom fluctuations as the body adjusts and rebalances.

Virtual Sessions

Many services are available virtually. The same policies and expectations apply to both virtual and in-person appointments.

Confidentiality

Information shared during private sessions is treated respectfully and confidentially to the best of my ability unless disclosure is required by law or there is risk of harm to self or others.

Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings, retreats, workshops, or shared healing spaces.

Client Agreements & Waivers

Certain services require signed intake forms, waivers, or client agreements prior to participation.

By booking services through Regenerative Vibration Holistic Practice, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these policies.

Bioenergetic Testing & Custom Wellness Products

Bioenergetic testing services, lab submissions, and custom imprinted wellness products are personalized wellness offerings. Once lab processing or custom preparation has begun, purchases are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for completing and returning requested samples and forms in a timely manner.

Wellness Products & Digital Resources

Custom wellness products, detox support items, digital protocols, and educational resources are intended for educational and wellness support purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for reviewing ingredients and communicating any known sensitivities, allergies, medical conditions, or concerns prior to use.

As with all wellness products and detoxification practices, individual experiences and responses may vary.
