Scope of Services

Services offered through Regenerative Vibration Holistic Practice are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health care.

Sessions may incorporate holistic wellness education, regenerative health support, Reiki, sound healing, nervous system support, emotional wellness practices, intuitive guidance, and related holistic approaches tailored to the individual.

Booking & Payment Policies

• Depending on how your appointment is scheduled, payment may be collected when you book or charged after your completed session.

• For manually booked appointments, clients agree to maintain a valid credit or debit card on file and authorize charges for completed services and applicable cancellation or no-show fees through the signed client agreement.

• Current services and pricing are listed at regenerativevibration.com and are subject to change.

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend your appointment.

• Additional time, support, supplement testing, or extended guidance may be billed separately when applicable.

• Please contact Amy directly with any billing concerns so there is an opportunity for resolution.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments are reserved specifically for you.

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the current fee for the scheduled service.

• Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full current fee for the scheduled service.

• Appointment reminders are a courtesy. Please acknowledge your reminder with a brief reply or reaction so Amy knows you received it and plan to attend. Whether or not you respond, your appointment remains scheduled and the cancellation policy still applies.

• Repeated late cancellations or rescheduling may require full payment in advance before another appointment can be reserved.

• Exceptions for genuine emergencies may be considered at Amy’s discretion.

Session Packages

• Packages are intended to be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise discussed in writing.

Communication Policy

• To support healthy boundaries and sustainable client care:

• Preferred communication methods are email or text message.

• Messages sent through social media platforms may not be received or responded to.

• Communication between sessions is intended for brief clarification questions unless enrolled in an active coaching package.

• Questions requiring extensive protocol adjustments, emotional support, or detailed follow-up may require scheduling an additional session.

• Communication and administrative hours are Monday–Friday, 10AM–5 PM Mountain Time. Sessions may be available outside these hours, including weekends, by appointment. Messages received evenings, weekends, or holidays will be answered during regular business hours whenever possible.

Healing & Detox Support

Healing is an individual process and is not always linear.

Detoxification, dietary changes, emotional release work, nervous system regulation, and wellness protocols may occasionally bring temporary discomfort, emotional processing, fatigue, or symptom fluctuations as the body adjusts and rebalances.

Virtual Sessions

Many services are available virtually. The same policies and expectations apply to both virtual and in-person appointments.

For virtual sessions, Amy will remain available for 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you have not joined or contacted her within that time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. Information shared during private sessions is treated respectfully and kept confidential to the best of Amy’s ability, except when disclosure is authorized by you, required by law, or necessary to address a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

Reasonable care is taken to protect client information. As with any electronic communication, email and text messaging carry inherent privacy and security risks.

Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings, retreats, workshops, or shared wellness environments. Participants are asked to respect one another’s privacy.

Client Agreements & Waivers

Certain services require signed intake forms, waivers, or client agreements prior to participation.

By booking services through Regenerative Vibration Holistic Practice, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these policies.

Bioenergetic Testing & Custom Wellness Products

Bioenergetic testing services, lab submissions, and custom imprinted wellness products are personalized wellness offerings. Once lab processing or custom preparation has begun, purchases are non-refundable. Clients are responsible for completing and returning requested samples and forms in a timely manner.

Wellness Products & Digital Resources

Product and supplement recommendations are offered for educational and wellness support purposes. Individual responses vary, and no specific results or benefits are guaranteed.

Products purchased directly from another company, including through my referral or affiliate links, are subject to that company’s return, refund, and warranty policies. Please review those policies before purchasing and contact the company directly for assistance with returns, refunds, or warranty claims. A recommendation from Amy does not create an additional guarantee or extend the seller’s policies.

Custom wellness products, digital protocols, and educational resources purchased directly from Regenerative Vibration are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Wellness products and resources are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Clients are responsible for reviewing ingredients and communicating known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or concerns before use.
